Based in Sanwa, Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture
This organization was established in 1992 with the aim of swiftly addressing global environmental pollution caused by disasters and wars, both domestically and internationally. The headquarters is located in Aomori Prefecture, the only region in Japan with a nuclear recycling facility. To achieve its mission, the organization engages in international exchange, protection of victims of environmental pollution, and advocacy for human rights.
The organization is funded through the personal investments of its six directors. In addition, it accepts material donations from the general public. These donated materials are stockpiled and promptly delivered to affected sites when disasters occur.
*Main Activities*
*In May 2025, decontamination and restoration work began at the Aomori Prefecture Scallop Waste Treatment Cooperative.
*In June 2012, a radioactive decontamination technology support base was established in Ono Town, Tamura County, Fukushima Prefecture, offering hands-on technical training and emergency decontamination assistance.
*In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, 3,000 pairs of sneakers were delivered to evacuation centers in Tagajo City, Shichigahama Town, and Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture.
The organization strives to meet the needs of diverse communities and remains committed to the prompt and effective removal of global environmental pollution.

Since June 2012, we have established a radioactive decontamination technology support base in Ono Town, Tamura District, Fukushima Prefecture, and have been providing direct decontamination support during technical training sessions and in emergency situations.
In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, we delivered 3,000 pairs of sneakers to evacuation centers in Tagajo City, Shichigahama Town, and Shiogama City in Miyagi Prefecture.
To meet the diverse needs of our clients, we are committed to the following:
*Conducting various practical, hands-on technical training sessions
*Providing direct decontamination support in emergency situations
*Procuring and delivering relief supplies during disasters to provide full support wherever needed
We are always mindful of these efforts as we strive to support the prompt and satisfactory removal of global environmental pollution.
